SoarTech devote to metalized ceramic substrate, and is a professional enterprise manufacturing ceramic substrate. Our R&D team can solve each kind of heat problem. On the one hand, we successful developed thin film ceramic substrate by combining semiconductor manufacturing process (DPC, direct plate copper); on the other hand, we also provide LTCC (Low temperature co-fired ceramic) and HTCC (High temperature co-fired ceramic).

Moreover, SoarTech provides energy service (ESCOs, energy service company). Through consultancy services which is integration of energy saving and carbon reduction technologies, SoarTech assists organizations to reduce carbon emissions, to create a full range of energy and environmental control.
